These terms are a binding agreement between you and Eleven-08 Media (“we,” “us,” “our”), a sole proprietorship operating out of Bend, Oregon, USA. They cover your use of the website only. Engagements for photography, red carpet activation, photo booths, headshots, commercial work, or consulting are governed by a separate signed service agreement.

2. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the site
• Misuse the contact form (spam, harassment, fraudulent submissions)
• Use the site to violate any law or third-party right

Work shown on this site reflects past projects. Specific results (turnaround time, image counts, deliverables, pricing) for your engagement will be detailed in a written proposal. Portfolio content is not a guarantee of identical outcomes.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleven-08 Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
