Photography commissioned by clients remains owned by Eleven-08 Media, with usage rights granted to clients under the terms of their signed service agreement.

You may, without prior permission:

• Embed our public social-media posts via the original platform
• Quote brief excerpts of written content with attribution to Eleven-08 Media and a link back

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Download, reproduce, or republish photography or video from this site
• Use our images in any commercial context, including AI training datasets
• Crop out watermarks or remove attribution
• Sell, license, or sub-license any content

3. Client deliverables

Clients who book Eleven-08 Media receive usage rights as detailed in their service agreement (typically: unlimited personal use, plus commercial use within the contracted scope). Client galleries are delivered separately and are governed by the booking contract, not by the terms on this public website.

4. DMCA takedown — reporting infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. The exact URL on eleven08.media where the allegedly infringing material appears
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

6. Counter-notice

7. Repeat infringers

We terminate the access of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
